[Twilight with Socks]

Hey dude, its been a while since i checked in on Newgrounds, i think the last piece from you i saw was that fluttershy drawing (totally specific) and Man, i'm really happy to see the amount of development your works made in such a short space of time!

The facial expression is dynamic and attractive, it looks like it could be animated really well and look fantastic doing so!

the colour palette and shading is gorgeous! its really smooth and and shiny in the right places, her mane looks really velvety and soft! nothing in this clashes to hard with each other, you've balanced your tones really well and it makes for a really sweet looking design!

fantastic! i really admire this style! especially the facial expression, it breakes away from the cliche -overly head strong expression so many artists give Li-...Lank.. a well proportioned mix of unsurety,fear and anger!

and the posture is really nice too! its so....animate...very believable! also, the colour pallete is really nice and gives a nice reflection of the type of terrains you would expect link to be!

Really nice job! and to your earlier comment, never be afraid to be inspired by someone elses work, my tutor always told me "There are no original ideas, only original Solutions" every idea is inspired by another if you dig far enough into it. theres nothing wrong with being inspired by an idea just so long as you make it your own in the execution :)

[Rainbow Power Fluttershy]

Nice style, pretty shading and her muzzle gives a nice perspective on the leveling of her head, although i think your choice of strong turquoise in her mane contrasts a little to hard against her skin tone and the other colours in her main, its a bit inconsistent because its the strongest colour on model, and because it so close to her eyes it steals the focus, and breaks up the really nice, soft colour pallet yall got going on the mane. But over all its a really nice fluttershy with nice proportions and cute features!

You are so. very. correct.
See, I was taking the exact colors, RBG # by RBG#, off the actual ad. I was telling myself, "Gee, I don't like that turquoise, but I gotta be accurate to the design, maybe it's just me".
That being said, now that I have some back up here, I think I'll make an edit later on. Thank you.

i liked it myself XD on another note: dont worry pal, parasites like the one a few comments down all end up the same way, there presence becomes old news, people stop caring about their uneducated, transparrant "opinions" ... ( yuk, even in quotes, it was hard to call it that...) keyboard zombies... nothing more...
